Very unusual, ancient looking carving. Almost resembles a monkey skull. Over half a pound. Very mysterious! 'Citrine' is a color category (like clear honey), and this piece looks like a pretty perfume bottle. Extraordinary workmanship - German or Italian jeweler - acquired from Ukrainian vendor.
