Jasper chunk Herkimer Diamond matrix 'being' Chalcopyrite 'lying flame'
Jasper chunk
Our Price: $26.00
This is a per piece price - and there are (currently) 4 pieces - I may be able to do less for multiples. One of them kind of stands, and comes to a point, that would be the 'best' one, but they are all from the same source, as you can see. Very rich, brick'ish color, and with a little glitter throughout, which is hard to identify on the photo. The dimensions are maximums, and as you can see, they're all pretty much the same size. This interestingly formed chunk of Herkimer Diamond matrix does not actually contain a Crystal (thought it's glittery). It stands if placed on an angled surface, like the large boulder in photo 2. And it's called an "Entity Stone" because of it's shape, like a hooded, robed being. I like that this piece - in addition to being a good sized palm piece - stretches itself out like a pyramid. In almost any type of stone, this is a more unusual occurrence. Of course, the colors are great. Chalcopyrite, or Peacock Ore, is a an iridescent tarnish of copper ore, enhanced through an acid wash. This is from Zacateacas, Mexico, and as a stone, it resembles a non-translucent version of Labradorite, energetically. Also, it's essentially a laser wand, you'll feel that, I hope (I certainly did) when you hold it.
Chalcopyrite large 'elongo-chunk' Opal (pink Peruvian) 'tongue' Lapis (Denim) standing natural/polished chunk
I like that this piece - in addition to being a good sized palm piece - has section of grey black Pyrite material. Chalcopyrite, or Peacock Ore, is a an iridescent tarnish of copper ore, enhanced through an acid wash. This is from Zacateacas, Mexico, and as a stone, it resembles a non-translucent version of Labradorite, energetically. Great "U" shape, also semi-triangular. Base (that is stands on) is polished - as it its "back" - with the rest rough (lots of white, defining it as the "Denim" varieity). Good sized palm chunk too, fits wonderfully into the palm.
Hiddenite (Spodumene, or green Kunzite) 26.6gr Opal (Peruvian pink) 'ear' Hiddenite (Spodumene, or green Kunzite) 26.6gr
Flat bottomed, standing generator of green Kunzite, Spodumene, or Hiddenite. Gorgeous, good sized chunk of this rare form of Opal. Leaning generator of green Kunzite, Spodumene, or Hiddenite...with an interesting termination on its side.
Milky Quartz (standing, natural chunk) Opal (Peruvian pink) long palm piece Aquamarine/Topaz (blue) 'tablet' (34 gr)
VERY unique - natural cleavage on bottom makes it stand - similar cleavage along the top (to show it wasn't cut or polished). Also unusual - it starts smaller and flares towards the top - and from a certain angle, it looks like a person's face (with a very large brain)...making it an "entity stone." The photos capture this piece well, for the diminished lighting, but in proper bright light, it's pinker. This piece actually has some partial termination - which makes it seem (in that way) like a Topaz - so we categorize it as both (though the color certainly seems more Aquamarine). The price is right, at just under $2/gram (half price)!
Yellow Fluorite 'Amber nuggets' Herkimer Diamond in matrix 10 "opposites" Tourmaline (green) crystal in Milky Quartz
The price is per piece - and which you get depends on which is still available - the measurements are for the smallest one (upper right). The others are bigger. The photos don't do this piece justice. Though what you see in photo 1 is a great standing piece, on the bottom (or both sides, if you lay it down differently) will reveal a second pocket and a second Herkimer Diamond crystal (hence the piece's nickname). Exquisitely colored Green Tourmaline - an undoubtedly spiritual (and coveted) stone - nestled in a sweet Milky Quartz (having to do with compassion). We don't generally carry green Tourmaline, so this is a treat.
Petrified Wood, large red Opal (Peruvian pink) large display piece Herkimer Diamond in matrix 8 "brilliant, two ways"
Petrified Wood, large red
Our Price: $130.00
Lies 'flat' with the glassy exposed area on top, more 'rocky' & 'matrixy' base ont he 'back' and bottom. Can also stand in a leaning fashion - with that rocky side more exposed - and the 'gemmy' side facing more down. The photos capture this piece well, for the diminished lighting, but in proper bright light, it's pinker. Also looks like a ghost in photo 1, which is why it's categorized as an entity stone. Spectacular piece - lies in a pyramidal form - with a bright, rainbowy Herkimer Diamond crystal "looking out" onto two faces of the matrix. Real collectors' item, and magical too! Message me with serious interest & Best Offers.
Emerald chunk Sugilite rough (46.8gr) 'red eye' Sugilite cutting rough (76.2gr) semi-gel slab
Emerald chunk
Our Price: $180.00
Photo #1 does it the best justice colorwise, as digital photography tends to bleach out anything lighter (as you see in the next photos). We can take a video for you, and you might consider a mineral oiling, to bring out the color. Anyhow, it's large and has some definition around its sides, without too much black matrix. Part of a very special stock of Sugilite that spans form dark purple with some solid burgundy sections, to light pink and blue (Richterite). Astonishing color burst when wet, more photos available & serious inquiries...Message me! Over half an inch thick (at the thickest) - this is a solid cutting piece - unless you like to collect slabs. The color is rich and not splotchy - the black is limited to veins - and you can see from the light & the side pictured, that if thinned, you can get some great light penetration. Perfect collector's specimen or for cutters, a treasure trove of jewelry could come out of this. The photos are accurate under bright light, of course it gets darker in obscurity. All Sugilite is pretty much old collector material, and it quite hard to find, especially in this quality. Pricing here is just under $10 a gram. Quite a find! Serious inquiries and offers considered.
Sugilite rough (104.4gr) 'perfect palm' Sugilite rough (76.2gr) gel specimen Sugilite rough (121 grams) 'plateau' medallion
Part of a very special stock of Sugilite that spans form dark purple with some solid burgundy sections, to light pink and blue (Richterite). I call it "Rainbow Sugilite." Astonishing color burst when wet. Essentially all Sugilite was mined in the early 80's (or before), and comes out of old collections. Most will tell you: nothing new's coming out of the ground. It is virtually absent from most stores, shows & dealers' selections. For that reason - because it's so rare - my starting SRP is always $10 per gram (as much as 4 times higher for pink gel material & smaller specimens). Though lesser samples can be found more cheaply, I pick and showcase a good number of the best pieces available, which represents a strong belief in the stone's value. Still, and am open to negotiation - depending on the market, and availability - and I will at least consider serious offers (particularly from collectors and those who appreciate this stone's unique metaphysical qualities). It's kind of thick - but oh so dreamy - and where it's thin, you can really see the pink gel section. Color is gorgeous throughout, with all the purples, and some Richterite blue tinges in there. Perfect collector's specimen or for cutters, a treasure trove of jewelry could come out of this. All Sugilite is pretty much old collector material, and it quite hard to find, especially in this quality. Pricing here is just under $16 a gram, which is low for gel, but it's not 100% either (few, if any pieces, are). Quite a find! Serious offers considered. Part of a unique vein, rich in purple, blue (Richterite), and pink, with no black to speak of. I call it "Rainbow Sugilite." Displays well dry, and spectacularly wet.
